American President Joe Biden supports Israel, and China's President Xi Jinping backs Palestians.

Israel launched an ongoing invasion of the Gaza Strip with the stated goals of destroying Hamas, a military and political movement that led an attack on Israel earlier in the month.

In recent times tensions have surged, sparking fears of a potential third World War. Ongoing conflicts between Israel and Iran, China's backing of Muslim nations, and the escalating crisis between Russia and Ukraine have put the world on edge, grappling with the looming threat of widespread unrest and warfare.

The long-standing enmity between Israel and Iran in the Middle East has been a major cause for international alarm.
